My Journey Towards Leadership

Hello, and welcome to my blog! My name is Ranjita Raj, and I am passionate about exploring the true essence of leadership. Over the years, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t just about managing people or achieving targets—it’s about taking responsibility, supporting others, and growing together.

I come from a background where life taught me to value resilience, empathy, and teamwork. Currently, I work as an Assistant General Manager in Technology Innovation, a role that has shaped my understanding of what it means to lead effectively. My journey has been filled with lessons—some learned the hard way—but every step has made me more aware of the impact a good leader can have.

There was a point in my life when I took a break from work to focus on my family, especially my daughter. That decision taught me that leadership isn’t confined to professional spaces; it’s about making choices that reflect your values and priorities. This experience deepened my belief that true leadership is about standing by others, whether at work or in personal life, until they succeed.
